    • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • 2. Returns and cancellations

    If you wish to cancel an order placed with harrods.com please return the confirmation email to us; stating your wish to cancel the order or phone our Customer Care Team on 0845 605 1234* (UK only), +44 (0)208 479 5100 (International), Fax 020 8479 5225. Lines are open Monday to Saturday 9.00am - 7.00pm (closed Sunday).

    If your order has already been dispatched then the item will have full return instructions in the packaging. Please be aware for reasons of hygiene certain items are non-returnable. For more information please refer to our online Terms & Conditions.

  • 3. Delivery to multiple addresses

    Harrods now offers a multiple delivery option. If you wish to have items from a single order dispatched to different destinations simply select the desired addresses when ordering. The only charge incurred for this service will be Harrods Standard delivery charge of £5.95 on destination within the UK. This will apply to each delivery address selected, irrespective of the number of items being delivered.

    We export the majority of our online and catalogue items excluding the following: perfume, alcohol, electrical items, crackers, items containing wood and items of a perishable nature. There may also be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export.

    In addition to the above exclusions we are currently unable to send Hampers, Gift Boxes or food items to Australia and New Zealand, due to local Customs restrictions and charges.

    Delivery Charges

    Delivery charges are calculated based on the item and volumetric weight once your order is packaged for export. You will be informed of the delivery cost once you enter a non-UK delivery address before your order is processed.


    Returns

    Return of any items delivered internationally will be subject to Harrods standard terms and conditions for online purchases.
