There is no need to fax confirmation of a telephone or written

- Can hampers be exported abroad?

Each hamper and gift box on harrods.com is clearly marked as exportable or non-exportable. Regrettably, hampers and gift boxes containing alcohol cannot be exported abroad.

- What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept the following methods of payment; Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Cheque and BACs.
If paying by cheque please write your name, address, expiry date and cheque guarantee number on the reverse. Please make all cheques payable to Harrods Ltd.
If you wish to pay by BACS please contact our Customer Care Team 0845 605 1234.
Please note: We cannot accept cash or postal orders.
- When will payment be deducted from my account?

Payment for all hamper and gift box orders will be taken when the order is placed.
- Can I create a bespoke hamper?

This year, Harrods has launched a new service – The Chairman's Concierge Service – which gives customers the rare opportunity to create a unique hamper for any individual. For anyone wishing to spend over £1,000 on a hamper, our Food Halls will tailor a hamper based on an understanding of the recipient’s particular tastes. The Food Halls are yours to savour.

- How will I know when my order has been confirmed?

Confirmation of your order will be sent via email on receipt of your order.
To ensure this is a seamless process, please ensure you provide your email address when placing the order. If you do not have an email address we will confirm your order in writing within 7 working days of your order being processed.
- How will I know when my goods have been dispatched?

We will contact you via email when your goods are dispatched.
We can also email hamper recipients to inform them their goods have been dispatched. If you would like to use this service please provide the email address of the hamper recipients when placing the order.
If you or your hamper recipients do not have an email address we regret to inform you that we will not be able to confirm when your goods have been dispatched.
- Can I collect my hamper?

If you prefer to collect your hamper personally from either our Osterley Distribution Centre on Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex or our Hamper Dispatch Centre in Hythe, Kent, contact our Customer Care Team 0845 605 1234.
- Can Harrods deliver gifts to multiple delivery addresses within a single order?

Yes, you can have multiple delivery addresses and recipients on a single order containing more than one product. Please detail your requirements fully when placing your order.
- How are hampers presented on delivery?

Harrods hampers are elegantly presented in a variety of gift boxes – the presentation is specified next to each product in 'The Details' tab on harrods.com and in the text next to each product in Harrods Hampers catalogue. Hampers are securely packed to ensure the goods arrive safely with the recipient.
- Can hampers be returned?

We regret that, except in the case of faulty or wrongly supplied goods, hampers cannot be returned.
If purchasing hampers as a gift please ensure the recipient is able to receive the hamper, as unwanted gifts or gifts refused upon delivery cannot be refunded.
- Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team 0845 605 1234.
Please note that cancellations or alterations to orders containing perishable goods, Food, Hampers and Gift Boxes must be made within 24 hours of ordering (with the exception of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods).
- Can I specify different delivery dates within a single order?

Yes, all hampers on an order can be shipped on different dates, you simply select the delivery method when completing checkout.
- Are Harrods hampers suitable for individuals with nut allergies?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any of our food products are completely nut-free. All products that we know contain nuts or are made in a premises where nuts are used are labeled accordingly.
