Renowned for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Domaine Dujac offers one of its finest examples of the former with the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru. The vineyard from which the wine hails (one of the finest in the Côte de Nuits) is defined by two types of soil: stony, with fine-grained limestone fragments to the east, and reddish-brown with blunt fragments in the west. Together, these differing conditions create a dynamic and complex red that pairs perfectly with duck and goose.
