The Merlet family has been distilling since 1850 in the village of Saint Sauvant, creating award-winning and exciting Cognacs. The Selection St. Sauvant Cognac features some of the best Cognacs the distillery has to offer, including Petit Champagne from 1993, Fins Bois from 1992 and 2003, and Grand Champagne which has aged for over 10 years.
