Each bottle of this light Junmmai comes hand wrapped in Japanese washi paper, topped with a unique good luck charm.
Made by Yokota Sake Brewery in Saitama, this junmai version of the original sake is surprisingly light and fresh, with soft peach notes. Isake Mini uses sake musashi, Saitama's first original brewer's rice. With a starchy consistency, the rice produces excellent quality koji which is the key to sake production.
