Inspired by traditional samurai swords, its ice-hardened, Honbazuke-edge blade and Karelian birch handle are made in Seki – known as Japan’s city of blades. The MicroCarbide powder steel core is surrounded by 100 layers of stainless steel, making it durable and sharp.
