Felton Road takes a hands-off approach to winemaking; not only does it practise biodynamic and fully organic viticulture, but it also eschews pumping, fining and filtration to keep its wines pure. Aged traditionally in new French oak, the Bannockburn Pinot Noir has retained a considerable depth of flavour with a vivid nose of dark roses, violets and ripe red fruit.
