Purchased in 2003 by Massimo Ferragamo, son of the late Salvatore Ferragamo, Castiglion del Bosco has undergone restoration and investment to resurface as on of the leading wineries in Montalcino, Italy. Overseeing the vineyards and cellar is Cecilia Leoneschi, a locally trained oenologist, who's expert pallette ensures each wine is wonderfully balanced and complex, honouring the history of the region. Serving as an example of such balance, the Millecento 10 is fermented in an aged barrel that enhances the Sangiovese's aromas, delivering an elegant, deep flavour.
