It begins with the graphic designer and the pattern department, who collaborate to produce the pattern paper before passing it on to skilled cutters. This team then cuts the highest quality leather into five centimetre strips and weaves them by hand to shape the vest. Finally, lambskin piping is applied to the garment's frame, accompanied by a lamb-suede drawcord and besom pockets.
