Domaine de L'Enclos is incredibly proud of the exceptional standards of its grapes which, in the case of the Vaudésir, have been harvested by hand from a 0.56-hectare vineyard in the region of the same name. The vines positioned here are between 32-35 years old with a south-facing position that gives them the perfect amount of sun exposure. Well-defined aromas of ripe lemon, crisp green apple and lime leaf burst onto the tongue while accompanying honeyed notes slightly soften the flavour.
