Emilia Wickstead

Since launching a made-to-measure service in her living room in 2007, London-based Emilia Wickstead has become the go-to designer for high-profile celebrities including Alexa Chung and The Duchess of Cambridge. After graduating from Central Saint Martins in London, she worked in Milan and New York for fashion houses Giorgio Armani and Proenza Schouler and undertook an internship for Vogue US with Edward Enninful and Anna Wintour. Wickstead returned to London to establish her own label in 2008 where her modern approach to couture through fit-and-flare silhouettes and texturised gowns caught the eye of the fashion literati. The burgeoning brand has gained global success and earned Wickstead the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award in 2015.
