Hailing from Paris, Floraïku is far from being a novice in the fragrance world. Bringing years of savoir-faire from the well-established house Memo Paris, founders John and Clara Molloy launched their new project in 2017, presenting an opulent collection of scents inspired by Japanese culture and traditions. Aptly named using a mélange of the term ‘haiku’ - a traditional form of Japanese poetry - and ‘floraison’ - the French term for blooms - each flacon emulates the ceremonial presentation that is so important in Asian culture, bestowing poetic rêverie upon its tantalising contents. Introducing an innovative concept in the form of ‘shadow’ scents, each perfume is made with more than 50% natural ingredients and is exclusive to Harrods.
