From the first day of harvest, each grape is hand-selected, de-stemmed and crushed by experienced enologists – once bottled, each vintage is left to age for a minimum of three years. The result is an elegant and powerful red wine, underpinned by aromatic notes of sage, thyme, rosemary and peppers.
