A masterclass in perspective, the Alliage dining table is a sculptural design that spotlights the innovation of Roche Bobois’ modern era. The designer was educated in Milan and so imbues the piece with a touch of elegance, as can be seen in the symmetry of the ceramic and glass top, which maintains its balance even with the extensions added. The steel trapezoids of the base that flare outwards at the top add a contemporary character to the aesthetic that speaks of skyscrapers and striking Modernist architecture.
