The story of Nyetimber spans three decades of craftsmanship, passion and a pioneering spirit. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Owner and Chief Executive Eric Heerema and Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs are dedicated to producing bottles worthy of the most joyous of celebrations, with a single aim of creating the finest, most exceptional wines. Made from one hundred per cent estate-grown grapes , the fruit is gently hand-picked and assessed for quality, ripeness and character, granting the ability to distinguish the subtle yet distinctive differences between each.
