The Alta blend of wines that originate from the Catena vineyard in Argentina’s Mendoza Valley refer to the high altitude from which the grapes are sourced, allowing for a drop that benefits from a long ripening period. Demonstrated perfectly in this 2018 Chardonnay, the highly aromatic wine boasts notes of pear, peach, citrus and jasmine, and pairs perfectly with sushi.
