Since brothers Nicholas and David Rossignol dedicated their family estate to biodynamic viticulture, the Domaine Rossignol-Trapet has produced fresh, elegant wines. Historically the last Grand Cru picked, its 2021 Latricières- Chambertin currently has a serious nose that will gradually loosen to reveal red fruit and oyster shell, enhancing its medium-bodied palate of fresh fruit and oak.
