Each bottle of El Dorado rum represents over 300 years of Caribbean rum crafting, as every blend from the Demerara-based distillery is aged in original wooden heritage stills to coax out its diverse character. This edition has been aged for 21 years in ex-Bourbon casks to infuse the rum with notes of toffee, coffee, spice and tobacco.
