Harvested in 2019, this wine is an eight-barrel blend of Shelf parcels, spending 12 months maturing in the vineyard’s new French oak barrels, followed by seven months in a tank, before being bottled on the 28th of October 2020. The result is a harmonious symphony of flavours, with a richly layered nose of cool blue fruits, red florals, baked spices and a delicate hint of herbs.
