Hudelot Baillet takes time to perfect each bottle of wine. Its grapes are destemmed, rather than crushed, and given an eight-day maceration before being punched down. The Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vigny 2021 is a product of this process. A result of both Chambolle Musigny's chalky soil vineyards and the extensive extraction of tannins, the sensory experience of this Pinot Noir is exquisite; note the depth and freshness of rose petals and orange zest that create a finely boned finish.
