With 36 years of maturing behind it, the Russell Family Cask single-malt whisky was personally selected by three generations of Glengoyne’s owners: after all, it’s one of the oldest whiskies the label has ever released, with a limited edition of 402 bottles. The palate is rich and silky with hints of tropical fruits and chocolate cherry, while the finish is gently sherried and spicy. A nose of strawberry, lime, mint, coconut, apples, cinnamon and leather ties the whisky together.
