Offering fresh notes of fruits and flowers, the 2021 vintage Montevetrano di Silvia Imparato 'Core' Bianco is made from a blend of Italian Fiano and Greco grapes. Each grape requires a different age of maturation so is fermented separately, before being blended to age in seven to eight months. This results in a palate that’s not too heavy, with an elegant structure and full-bodied finish.
