This is in part thanks to the patchwork of soils present on the estate that produce wines with velvety tannins from clay and aromatic wines from gravel, allowing for a collection of truly refined blends. The 2022 vintage offers black-fruit aromas and perfumed oak spices on the nose, that follow with a blackberry and elderberry palate – pairing well with beef and venison dishes.
