The Merula extra virgin olive oil is the second oil from the esteemed Marques de Valdueza estate, whose family has produced some of the world’s finest from its home in Extrmadura, Spain, for over half a century. Delicate, layered aromas of sweet meadow grass and marjoram lead into almond notes and a black pepper finish, making it an ideal choice for potato dishes.
