Beloved for its colourful handmade ceramics, lifestyle brand LRNCE has created three unique jars to house perfumer Vincent Ricord’s new scented candle for Maison D’ORSAY: 14:30 Palais de la Bahia. As its name alludes, the spicy fragrance is inspired by the extravagant 19th-century palace in Marrakesh, Morocco, the city where LRNCE’s namesake founder, Laurence Leenaert, currently resides. Once all the wax has melted down and burned away, you’re left with a versatile piece of decor that echoes the breathtaking splendour of the Moorish building and its surroundings – much like Ricord’s evocative blend of cinnamon, cloves, cumin and cardamom.
