Boekenhoutskloof’s Franschhoek Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from four individual parcels adjacent to one another on a south-westerly aspect of the Franschhoek valley. The intention of this drop is to respect the winery’s signature Cabernet style with a dark berry fruit profile and a full-bodied, rich character. Franschhoek Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 boasts a palate that’s exceptionally rounded yet precise, with a nose of crème de cassis, blackcurrant and cedarwood, alongside grainy tannins and the perfect acidity balance.
