The stones capture the sun's heat, helping the grapes to reach maturity more rapidly and this unique terroir gives the wine its opulence. The 2010 vintage presents woody, acacia honey, roast apricot and candied notes, while on aerating, notes of plum, saffron, almond and green Chartreuse emerge.
