Its Puligny Montrachet is an elegant variation, with concentrated fruit flavours and hints of butterscotch, hazelnut, brioche and cinnamon. With the et Fils Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseigneres 2021, these notes are complemented by a greenness and touches of Granny Smith apple and orange blossom. It’s well-balanced and vibrant, with a citric aftertaste that ensures it finishes brightly.
