Based in Kyoto, this namesake artist draws inspiration from the imagination, childhood memories and life with his son and pet dog to create hand-painted stories on teapots, cups and plates. Here, his famous octopus motifs are deconstructed to create a beaded masterpiece, comprised of thousands of individually applied glass spheres.
