Situated on a hillside across from the town of San Gimignano, the Montenidoli winery is named “mountain of little nests” thanks to its situation in Tuscany. An organic estate that claims it’s built on the oldest rock of Italy, with vines first planted in the 7th century B.C, it predomninantly boasts Vernaccia white grapes to create delicate and balanced wines. The 2021 Vernaccia di San Gimignano vintage has unusual notes of cucumber, lemon and white flowers, while its palate is vibrant and crisp with flavours of green apple and lemongrass.
