Central to its room-commanding presence is the headboard: note the way in which the solid wood headboard frames the bed and is purposefully oversized, while thoughtful brass inserts and soft upholstery reference ‘50s design. The bed itself is rendered in solid wood, too, and lifted from the ground by slender brass feet – material is, as always, paramount in the story that the brand tells.
