The Dalmore uses more than one cask or barrel to mature its whiskys, encouraging incredible depth along with differing notes and tastes. The Dalmore 2003 is a single malt aged in hand-selected ex-bourbon casks with time in both Rivesaltes wine and Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks. All this creates a sweet and spiced blend, tasting of honey, maple syrup and dark fruits.
