The Sadie Family’s winery is in a rare position of being spread across such a particular area of land in South Africa – 60 acres, to be exact – that its vineyards range from the ocean to the mountains. This allows for a wide variety of grapes, all of which are farmed organically and biodynamically. The Palladius 2021 vintage boasts citrus and stone fruit notes, with a palate consisting of minerality and salt to contrast the sweetness, with tight tannins and acidity binding the flavours together.
