First emerging under the stewardship of brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet in 2005, Bachelet-Monnot is a relatively young producer of fine wines – but that’s by no means a reflection of its quality. A combination of old vines and a careful, sustainable management of the vineyards results in pure and concentrated flavours, with the Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc Chardonnay being created from fruits sourced from Puligny and Chassagne.
