2013 saw Castiglion del Bosco and Massimo Ferragamo launch a limited edition Brunello di Montalcino called Zodiac – an ode to the 12 animals that measure the cycles of time in the Chinese calendar. Made only as a magnum and produced from the very best Sangiovese grapes from the finest vineyards, this 2011 red celebrates the dog and shares a similar loyalty to the sign as it develops best with age.
