The Last Drop Distillery’s second signature blend – The Last Drop Release No. 28: Kentucky Straight Signature Blend – is the work of master blender Drew Mayville, who used his years of skill and a treasure trove of vintage whiskies from the Buffalo Trace Distillery to create a blend of Kentucky Straight, which includes bourbon and rye straight from the archives. After creating multiple combinations from 40 different tipples, the resulting blend is high-proof, uncut and unfiltered to let its dark fruits, orange peel, leather and wax flavours shine through.
