The distinct character is a product of the distillery's copper cooling ring, which drenches the stills with mountain water, making only the finest vapours rise. This 16-year-old single malt is a product of that ingenuity, providing interweaving characteristics of blackberries, raspberries, plums, cherries and ginger cake alongside the aged oak spice signature produced by ageing in 100% Scottish oak.
