Redline

In 2004, Parisian-based designer Laetitia Cohen-Skalli translated her concept of a diamond on a string into debut jewellery brand, Redline. Aiming to combine haute couture with the world’s most precious materials, the first Redline collection saw romantic concoctions of unbreakable gossamer threads adorned with a single precious stone. This luxe take on the friendship bracelet soon grew to accommodate gold and silver collections with pearls and charms for women, men, and children. Each whimsical piece is embedded with religious, cosmos and historical symbolism, from the ‘K’ engraved plaque representing peace, serenity and harmony in Ancient Egypt, to the brand’s signature red string, representative of the fragility yet strength of life and a purveyor of good luck to all who wear it.
