Each Bouju Cognac is aged for a minimum of five years in Limousin oak casks. The Francois de Marange Vintage Grande Champagne Cognac is harvested entirely from the Ugni Blanc grape variety and supplemented with local grapes for a truly delectable taste. It opens with crisp notes of vanilla before evolving into richer hues of mellow oak spice and damp tobacco.
