Johnnie Walker x Olivier Rousteing Unveil The Couture Blend Whisky

Artistry and rarity combine for a second time as the Johnnie Walker Vault and the French designer Olivier Rousteing release The Couture Blend. Driven by a shared passion for experimentation, the Scotch whisky – presented in a sculptural crystal decanter – blends modern expressions with elusive ghost whiskies, resulting in an exceptional collector’s bottle. It is joined by The Couture Flask, a wearable piece containing a 10ml taste of the limited-edition liquid, available exclusively at Harrods. Find them both at a dedicated pop-up in-store on Door 6 from 4th to 25th October. 

This exciting launch follows a limited-edition collection of four seasonal bottlings titled the Couture Expression Collection, introduced in May 2025. Equally created by Dr Emma Walker – Johnnie Walker’s esteemed and first female master blender – and Rousteing, they too double as objets d’art.  

Together, The Couture Blend, The Couture Flask and The Couture Expression Collection with Rousteing represent the debut partnership from the Johnnie Walker Vault, a new global luxury platform for bespoke blends and experiences. With a library of 500 whiskies from Johnnie Walker’s rare, aged and ghost casks at her fingertips, Dr Walker will continue to work with cultural leaders in a private ‘atelier’ beneath the Princes Street store in Edinburgh to blend whisky craft with the arts.  

Pre-launched exclusively at Harrods earlier this year, the limited-edition Couture Expression Collection promises four seasonal whiskies. Created by the duo in the Johnnie Walker Vault ‘atelier’, each blend features a rare core – including ghost whiskies from Brora and Port Dundas – layered with selections from the Vault’s 500 aged and rare whiskies. Only 25 Baccarat crystal decanters of each are available worldwide.
