Alessi casts its eye to the past to deliver the Juicy Salif N.3. Hand-picked from the 100 Values collection, it celebrates the beauty in the unpublished, and in turn, looks towards a new century of experimentation. This sculptural form first came to be in 1990 – thanks to the talented Philippe Starck – but has continued to evolve ever since. It still clearly resembles the lemon juicer that inspired it, but it’s been repurposed in bronze casting for a modern touch; in other words, it’s the perfect example of old-meets-new design.
