The Spanish wine region of Priorat might be small in size, but the drop it produces is big on taste. Since the 1980s, Álvaro Palacios has been credited for putting the area back on the viticulture map, with this 2017 L'Ermita boasting a high percentage of Cariñena grapes and yet the essence of a Mediterranean Garnacha – think floral and expressive, refined and elegant.
