In collaboration with our very own store, this edition of Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Armand de Brignac is just as prestigious as you’d expect. Each bottle is made using the first-pressed juice of the season’s Chardonnay grapes, before being blended with two other vintages and aged for a year in French oak. The result is a rich, toasty Champagne with subtle sweetness – as well as traditional freshness and acidity. Hints of buttery pastry, nuts and gingerbread make this the perfect bottle for festive toasting, while tones of fruity guava, gooseberry and peach effortlessly complement seafood, sushi and seabass.
