Harvested in 2019, this wine spent 12 months maturing in the vineyard’s iconic oak barrels, followed by nine months in a tank, before being bottled on the 18th of December, 2020. The result is a harmonious symphony of flavours, with a richly layered nose of cool blue fruits, red florals, baked spices and a delicate hint of herbs.
