Founded by Marcel Giesen and Sherwyn Veldhuizen, Bell Hill Vineyard’s expertise comes from its time-honoured dedication to the craft. Before being bottled, the Old Weka Pass Pinot Noir is allowed to rest in a barrel for 12 months before being blended, racked and left to rest for a further 8 months. The result boasts a rich ruby hue and offers a light and oaky taste, enriched with earthy tones and fruity notes that sing across the palette into a refined finish.
