Bodegas Frontonio do things a little differently – as inspired by Saint Frontonio, after which the winery is named. In this 2019 vintage, Garnatxa Blanca grapes release notes of lime, white flower and rosemary, while Irish butter and smoky aromas are thanks to the drop having aged in 500-litre Allier oak barrels over 12 months. It boasts an impressive avidity that’s well balanced with a creamy texture, resulting in something rather unique.
