A classic Burgundy from one of the most famous wine producers in the region.
This blended Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé Marc de Bourgogne is produced by distilling the pomace – the solid matter known as marc (skins of grapes, pips, stems, etc.) – left after pressing. This is then removed to large wooden vats, before distilling, and is then matured for ten years in Limousin oak to gain colour and lose fiery alcohol.
