Domaine Robert Chevillon has a long, illustrious history of Pinot Noir-making; the winery dates back to the turn of the century, where Symphorien Chevillon tended the vineyards. The vineyards have since passed down through the family, and the esate has grown to cover 13 hectares, with several of the original plots now upgraded to Premier Cru. Tipples like the Les Bousselots Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru 2021 are destined to be paired with duck, goose and games, thanks to a rich aroma of leather, balsamic and liquorice.
