Domaines Ott is a Mediterranean estate continuing the ambitions of its founder, Marcel Ott. It achieves this with two renowned wineries – one in Bandol and another in Côtes de Provence – that are known to produce some of the world's most prestigious Rosé wines. You’ll note that the Cuvee Étoile Rosé isn’t attributed as hailing from one specific region because, instead, it combines the very best of Domaines Ott’s three Provence domains: its saline character is thanks to the schist terroir at Clos Mireille, its structure and power are the result of the calcareous sandstone at Château Romassan and, finally, the limestone soils at Château de Selle give it its finesse.
