A tribute to the late Cyril Henschke, this elegant 2019 vintage pays homage to Cyril’s first cabernet sauvignon bottled in 1976. Deep garnet in colour, it’s a rich, textural choice with flavours of redcurrant, plum and bay leaf. The refreshing acidity and fine tannins make it an ideal pairing for mushroom risotto.
